  • Indexing and Archiving: To share necessary metadata with academic indexes (e.g., Crossref, DOAJ, Scopus) and digital archives to ensure the article's discoverability and permanent citation.

    • Manuscript Manager: Acts as the data processor for the online submission and peer-review system.
  • Indexing Services: Published article metadata (Author Name, Affiliation, Email) is sent to services such as Crossref (for DOIs), Web of Science, Scopus, and TR Index for scientific dissemination.
  • Legal Authorities: Data may be shared with judicial or administrative authorities if legally required.

4. Data Security

We employ appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent unlawful processing of and access to your personal data. Our systems use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect data transmission.
